- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
- Free shipping on all UK orders.
- All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class.
- Estimated delivery time: 1 - 3 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available to selected countries.
- Flat rate: £9.99.
- All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or a trusted international courier.
- Estimated delivery time: 7 – 20 business days after dispatch.
Please note that international delivery times are estimates only. Once parcels leave the UK, delivery speeds can vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or handling fees may apply. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we’re unable to control or predict these costs.
If your parcel is held by customs, your local postal service may contact you to request additional information or payment before releasing it.

While we always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:
