Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
In line with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
For fulfilled orders, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery (extended to account for weekends and holidays). Please contact us within this window to initiate the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or are no longer in their original sealed condition.

Lost or Undeliverable Parcels
If an order is confirmed as lost or undeliverable by the courier, please contact us. While refunds are not generally offered, we will review the situation on a case‑by‑case basis and aim to make things right where appropriate, which may include offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that parcels delayed due to customs processing are not considered lost while tracking remains active.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll review this promptly and support you with a suitable resolution.
